Fill Right Now – Privacy Policy

Fill Right Now (“the App”) is developed by Dr. Andreas Plagens (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how the App handles your information. In short: Fill Right Now does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us or to any third party. Everything you do in the App stays on your device.
Data We Collect
We do not collect any personal data. The App has no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no user accounts. We have no servers that receive your information.
Your Documents
The PDFs and forms you open, scan, fill in, and annotate with Apple Pencil are processed entirely on your device. They are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. You remain in full control of your documents at all times.
Camera and Document Scanning
If you use the scanning feature, the App uses your device’s camera through Apple’s document scanner to capture a page. The resulting image is used only to create a document inside the App, on your device. We do not receive or store these images, and the App does not access your photo library or save scans outside the document you are working on.
Sharing by Email
When you choose to send a document by email, the App opens Apple’s standard Mail interface with your document attached. The email is sent by you, through your own mail account. We are not involved in and have no access to the content or recipients of these messages. Your email is handled according to Apple’s and your mail provider’s own privacy practices.
In-App Purchases
Fill Right Now offers an optional one-time premium upgrade. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. We never see or receive your payment details. Apple may share purchase-related information with us in aggregated, anonymized form for accounting and support. Because the premium upgrade is Family Sharing–enabled, your purchase entitlement may be shared with members of your Apple Family Group, as managed by Apple. Please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy for details on how Apple handles this information.
App Settings
The App stores a small amount of non-personal preference data (such as your settings and purchase status) locally on your device using Apple’s standard storage. This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
Children’s Privacy
The App does not collect any data from anyone, including children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
